How Our Sample Process Works

1️⃣ Submit Your Sample Request

📩 Contact us at info@sharpeningwhetstone.com with:

• The product type (whetstone, sharpening rod, leather strop, etc.)
• The grit level, thickness, color, handle type, or any custom design requests
• Your shipping address and contact details

2️⃣ Sample Production & Shipping

• Standard Samples: Ready-to-ship samples will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
• Custom Samples: Custom-designed samples may take 7-14 business days for production, depending on complexity.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for sample shipping fees, which are non-refundable as they directly cover the shipping expense.

3️⃣ Sample Fee Deduction for Bulk Orders

• Sample cost is deductible from your bulk order (MOQ: 500 pcs).
• Maximum deductible amount: $100 USD per wholesale order.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the final order.

4️⃣ Review & Approve the Sample

• Once you receive the sample, evaluate the quality and confirm that it meets your expectations.
• If any adjustments are needed, we can refine the custom design before proceeding with the wholesale order.

5️⃣ Place Your Wholesale Order

• After sample approval, you can proceed with bulk ordering.
• Bulk discounts are available – contact our team for a custom wholesale quotation.
