Shipping Efficiency

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and efficiently wrapped to ensure safe delivery. Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons, unforeseen emergencies, or natural disasters.

Shipping Estimates

• Your shipping quote will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order.
• Shipping estimates are subject to change based on final verification at the time of shipment.
• If any changes are made after an order is placed, an updated shipping estimate will be provided.

Shipping Charges

• Buyer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once the order is shipped, ownership transfers to the buyer.
• Freight Charges: All freight charges are strictly on a collect basis unless otherwise agreed.
• Residential Delivery Charges: Additional charges may apply for residential deliveries, lift gate services, or special handling requests.

Shipping Methods & Options

Domestic Shipping

We offer a variety of domestic shipping options to meet your needs, including:

International Shipping

Tip: For international orders, palletizing can be the most cost-effective method.

UPS & Fragile Items Disclaimer

For orders shipped via UPS, we do not recommend including liquid or fragile items. However, if you choose to proceed, you must sign a disclaimer form, removing Sharpening Whetstone from liability for any damages during transit.

Freight Forwarding

If you have a preferred freight forwarder, please provide complete details, including contact information, booking number, and destination address.

Dropshipping

We offer dropshipping services at no additional cost. Orders must meet a minimum purchase of $1,000 and follow our standard case pack requirements.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

• Domestic Orders: Typically ship within 2-5 business days.
• International Orders: Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.
• Bulk Orders: Processing times may be longer due to packaging and freight arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

Refunds, Cancellations & Damages

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before processing. Once processed, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please note any visible damages upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@sharpeningwhetstone.com.
• Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Local Pickup

Customers may arrange for local pickup at our warehouse. Please contact us in advance to schedule pickup and ensure your order is ready.
